Introduction

If you have added appointments and set your Online Diary to ON, this is where you find all of your Booked online Appointments for your firm, you can view and fetch the Appointments as they come in, and even export them all into a neat spreadsheet.

You can easily sort the Appointments - click on the column headings to sort the table by the heading you need.

View Appointments

To view an Appointment, simply click on it and it will open to show the contact details the client has provided. To read their message, just click the Message tab.

To Copy/Paste the Appointment-information into an email or a document, simply click the Copy-button and all data from the appointment is automatically copied to your clipboard, you can now paste it into any document.

Export Appointments

You have the option to export your Appointments into an Excel spreadsheet. Just select the Appointments you want to export using the tick boxes to the left in the list and click the Download button in the upper right corner. You now have your Will Aid Appointments in a handy spreadsheet you can use for a mail merge for example.

Email Notifications

We will send you Email Notification when someone has Booked or Cancelled an Appointment, we also send you notifications about unbooked Expired Appointments and when your Online Diary is *fully booked.

If your firm has more than one branch signed up for Will Aid, you will only receive notifications about Appointments to the branch/es you’re managing.
