This is where you will find the latest incoming enquiry and online booking activity along with your fundraising total for the current campaign, some helpful statistics for enquiries and appointments and a clever way to let us know when you have reached capacity for Will Aid clients. It’s also where you can access the FAQs and sign up to the discounted ID verification we have in place with Verify365.
# Latest Activity
Shows you the last five incoming enquiries or appointments, a great way of seeing at a glance what needs your attention!
# Enquiry/Appointments summary
These give you a great overview of the number of Will Aid enquiries and/or online booking appointments you have, how many have been dealt with and how many need your attention. We know that the quicker the response to an enquiry, the higher the chance is of the enquirer becoming a client.
# Live Campaign Statistics
These give you a great overview of the number of Will Aid enquiries and/or appointments you have, how many have been dealt with and how many need your attention. We know that the quicker you reply to an enquiry, the higher the chance of them becoming a client.
# When You Have Reached Capacity
When you feel like you need to take a pause from enquiries coming in, let us and we will take you off the list of available solicitors.
Click the Set to full button and select the Branch or Branches that you want to set to full. If you have more availability for a few more Will Aid appointments after this point, you can easily let us know using the same button as this will have changed to Yes relist.
# If you are using the Online Booking system
You will automatically be taken off the list once your appointments have all been booked. To come back onto the list, simply add more appointments.
You can also notify us via telephone on 0300 0300 013 or email enquiries@willaid.org.uk if you are full or want to be relisted.
Note: There might be a slight delay before your firm is removed from the list of solicitors, it is a manual process, so please bear with us!
# Taking donations & digital receipts
We encourage all of our Will makers to make their donation via our website, but some might not be comfortable with online payments. For these clients, you can either take their donation when you see them via the Dashboard or create a donation receipt for a cheque they give you via the same function.
# Taking debit/credit card donations
Simply click the ‘+Donation’ button in the top-right of the Dashboard and follow the steps through the donation, enter the client’s contact details or select the client from the drop down, fill in Gift in Wills and Type of Will information, then move on to Payment Type and click Debit/Credit Card. Enter your client’s card info, and click Donate.
# Digital Receipts
For clients donating via Cheque or BACs, repeat the process above and choose the correct payment type for the client. This sends the receipt to the Will Aid office via email and your client’s enquiry/appointment will be updated on the Dashboard as Donated.
# Gifts in Wills
If your client does choose to leave a gift to charity in their Will, please let us know their chosen charity and amount. If the client leaves a gift to a Will Aid charity, they would love to be able to thank them and keep them up-to-date with their work, so please ask if they are happy to opt in to this contact and select the appropriate tick box.
# ID-checks with Verify365
If you require a third-party to verify a client’s ID, you can pass on the cost to the client – but the cost price only.
We have a partnership with Verify 365 to keep costs as low as possible for Will Aid clients, and you should use this service if your own costs more. This service is accessible via the Dashboard, have a look at the boxes at the bottom, click the button in the Verify365-box to find out more.
# Prices & Different Checks
The cost for a ‘Lite’ check is £3 (exc. VAT.) This consists of an address check as well as Adverse Media, PEPs and Sanctions checks. The cost for a full ‘Facial biometric ID’ check is £13 (exc. VAT).
