# Introduction
Welcome to Will Aid 2024! We hope that you will have a fun and fruitful campaign with us, and remember we are always on call to help ensure taking part in Will Aid is as smooth as possible.
The first thing you will need to do is decide if you want to take just local enquiries or join the Remote List and publicise your firm nationally too. This service matches you with people outside of your local area that don’t have participating firms near them. If you can write Wills remotely, we recommend that you join the Remote List as it’s a great way to help you reach more clients and raise more money for our partner charities.
Secondly, you will need to decide if you want to use the online Diary or the Enquiries Inbox for receiving interest from the public. Regardless of which one of the two you choose, you will be notified via email that someone has booked an appointment or that someone has made an Enquiry.
# Choose how to run Will Aid
There are two different ways of managing your Will Aid campaign: you can make use of the online Booking system, listing your available appointments for prospective clients to book instantly via our website, or you can choose to receive enquiries in your Enquiries Inbox. Both ways have their own benefits depending on how you work.
# The Online Booking system
The online Booking System is easy to use, and designed to ease your admin for the campaign, freeing up more valuable time for you to focus on what you do best. If this seems like your choice, simply start adding appointments to your Diary and toggle it to Live to list your appointments. They can then be booked instantly by clients via our website.
We send you notifications via email when an appointment has been booked, and you can visit the Dashboard to view, edit your appointments or add more at any time. You can read more about it in the section about the Booking System.
# The Enquiry Inbox
If you choose not to use the Booking System, you will receive your enquiries in the Enquiry Inbox. It allows you to keep track of each client using the enquiry statuses by updating them according to where they are in their client journey with you, with ‘responded’, ‘confirmed appointment’, or ‘draft Will sent’. The Dashboard also sends out automatic nudge-emails when a status is changed, reminding clients to get back to you in good time and to inform them about Will Aid. If this is how you choose to manage Will Aid, then simply wait for your enquiries to come in when the campaign opens on September 4th.
# Join our Remote list
Go national and join the Remote list, this service matches you with people outside of your local area that don’t have participating firms near them. You will be listed for both local and remote enquirers, so it’s a fantastic wat of increasing visibility for your firm. If you can write Wills remotely, we recommend that you join the Remote List as it’s a great way to help you reach more clients and raise more money for our partner charities.
# When you’re fully booked
When you have reached your capacity for Will Aid clients, or need a break from incoming enquiries, let us know by setting your branch to ‘Full’ on the Dashboard. If availability opens up, let us know and we will re-list you. If you choose to use the Online Booking system, the Dashboard will automatically take you off the list when all of your appointments are booked.
You can also notify us via telephone on 0300 0300 013 or email enquiries@willaid.org.uk if you are full or want to be relisted.
Note: There might be a slight delay before your firm is removed from the list of solicitors, it is a manual process, so please bear with us!
# If you are using the Online Booking system
You will automatically be taken off the list once your appointments have all been booked. To come back onto the list, simply add more appointments.
# Multiple Accounts & Log In-Details
If you need to have multiple people managing your Will Aid enquiries, please send us an email to enquiriers@willaid.org.uk or call the office on 0300 0300 013 and we will add more users to your account.
If you forget your log in-details, don’t worry. You can recover them at any time by clicking Forgot my password on any of your Email notifications or at the Login page.
